Once you are happy with your quote, we will provide you with an Order Form. All postal details are on the form if you’re organising your own postage. However, we can arrange a courier collection via DPD if you prefer. This can be booked from a UK mainland address on any working day suitable and a quote can be generated if requested.

If you are organising your own postage, we would recommend sending your item(s) via an insured and tracked service.

Quotes are valid for 7 days. Should it exceed this time frame, you quotation will need to be renewed.

Once you receive an order form you will have a further 7 days to send your handbag to us for restoration. 

We would suggest packaging your item securely in a box/postal bag with bubble wrap to protect it further whilst in transit.

The time it takes to restore your bag can vary depending on the extent of the restoration required.

Restorations can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks.

We can restore most types of handbags, including leather, suede, and fabric. Please contact us if you have any specific concerns about your bag.

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all restoration work we complete.

We will assess your bag and provide you with a detailed quote outlining the services your bag requires.

We accept payment via bank transfer, We’ll provide you with payment instructions along with your quote. Payment is made once your item has been received and inspected at HQ.

Yes, we offer our restoration services internationally. Please contact us for more information on shipping rates and timescales.

If you’re not happy with the restoration work we’ve completed, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your bag, and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.

Yes, we can replace missing hardware on your bag. We’ll do our best to source the exact match or a suitable alternative.
